Founded in 2018, BIP has roughly 50 members who work on five issue-specific teams to research and advocate for policy solutions in Rhode Island.
Lila Quinn is a photographer who is originally from New York. She is a first-year student studying Neurobiology on a Pre-Med Track and is interested in the fusion between neuroscience and impacts of the changing environment. Lila is also the Publicity Chair of the Brown Ballet Company.
