Dress for spring-cess

Ah! Once again it is appropriate to prance shoeless across Thayer street in khaki shorts and a loose oxford shirt, too many things in hand and too many exciting prospects for the day. Don't get ahead of yourselves, though — a great day always begins with a good outfit. Some simple spring equations are important to keep in the back of your head: the aforementioned shorts and oxford (please — solid color, vertical stripe or light checker only) on warmer days, jeans and a nice polo on chillier ones; zip-up hoodies yes, pullover hoodies no; sandals yes, cross-trainers no. Be sure to wear shirts you don't mind splattering with a bit of cocktail, unless you want to go with spotless white (in which case, by all means be the beacon of light that you've always wanted to be). Own it.
